Co-b Wyngaard is born and bred in the farming town Grabouw, with a vocal tone as charismatic and beautiful as the Elgin Valley. Singing since the age of 10, Co-b has 30 years of experience as a singer-songwriter and performer, with a theatric creative streak that reflects in his performances.

He is the only singer within the Overberg to hold finalist status within both the Afrikaans and English version of the South African IDOLS brand in 2005 & 2007, as well as the only representive of the Overberg ever, to be part of the South African POPSTARS brand in 2010, reaching the Top 10.

Co-b has toured locally as a soloist, performing on various stages at corporate events, festivals, and arenas. He is one of the original members of the trio tribute group, MAGNIFICO, who graced the Canary Islands, Spain, and the Norwegian Cruise liner, Silja Symphony, performing IL Divo, Frank Sinatra, Boy Bands, and Queen in 2015 & 2016 to audiences from all over the world. He also features as lead singer in the local Dance band, the ELGINAIRS.

His recording style of music ranges to the likes of George Michael , Sam Smith to Adam Lambert, with a baritenor vocal range that passionately projects his storytelling writing of love, positivity and being your authentic self. Entertaining in the Adult Contemporary, R&B, Pop and Soul genre.

He enjoys the studio and recording process as much as the theatrical performances he can produce. Taking his audience on an emotional journey with his music, song-writing and visual pieces reflecting his showmanship, humility and personality.
